Every journey begins somewhere.

Every piece from Never Standard begins its journey with a purpose: to find its person. I do my best to make that journey clear, careful, and free of unpleasant surprises.

How it works

Items in stock are usually shipped within 3–5 business days after an order is placed.

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email and, whenever available, a tracking number.

Where I ship

I ship orders across Latvia, throughout the European Union, and to many international destinations.

If you are unsure whether delivery to your country is available, please contact me before placing an order.

Delivery times

Within Latvia, delivery usually takes a few business days.

Across Europe, delivery times depend on the destination country and shipping provider.

International deliveries may take longer because of postal services, customs procedures, and local regulations.

Important to know

Delivery time after dispatch depends not only on me, but also on the carrier.

During holidays and busy periods, shipping may take longer than usual.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address and responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, this may affect both delivery times and the cost of reshipping.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact me and I will do my best to help.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible and include photographs.
