Not every meeting becomes a story.

It matters to me that pieces from Never Standard find the right people. Sometimes they do. Sometimes they don’t. If the meeting did not work out, here is how returns are handled.

Can I return an item?

Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. It must not be worn, damaged, washed, altered, or carry any foreign smells. Whenever possible, please keep the packaging and everything that arrived with the parcel.

How it works

Please contact me first and let me know that you would like to arrange a return. I will guide you through the next steps and provide the return address. Returns sent without prior notice may take longer to process.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless agreed otherwise separately.

Refunds

Once the item has been returned and its condition has been checked, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If something went wrong

If you received the wrong item or the item arrived damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and include photographs.
