First, something starts rustling suspiciously in the kitchen. Then a blue figure in a turquoise ruffle shoots across the room, circles the table and disappears into the hallway. It is impossible to tell whether this is an escape from the scene or a ceremonial arrival at the next one. Judging by the face, the latter.

The ruffle swings loosely around the shoulders, bounces through every turn and gives even an ordinary trip to the food bowl a certain amount of grandeur. The blue and turquoise are matte, but so saturated that Balabeshka can be spotted from the next room. Convenient for the human: you always know which direction the hurricane is about to come from.

The sweater is snug but soft, stretches well and slips on over the head without any fastenings. The low collar does not get in the way of movement, while the open belly leaves plenty of freedom for sudden sprints, sharp turns and other decisions made without consulting the human.

When the human finally catches up with Balabeshka and asks what exactly is going on, no answer is provided. The ruffle, however, continues swaying for a little while.
