Unruly Drift

The most exhausting things usually look perfectly flawless. Too correct a silhouette, too legible a femininity, too much effort spent on seeming appropriate. Everything sits exactly right, everything makes the proper impression, and that is precisely why, at some point, it begins to feel like a form of polite violence.

Wear it your way

With wide trousers - when the body needs air and the mind no longer needs instructions.

With jeans - when the day asks for simplicity and gets character instead.

With a slim skirt - when composure remains, but compliance does not.

Back to front or inside out - when the usual order of things could use hearing “no”.

The Story

Unruly Drift begins with a gesture many would call a mistake. One shoulder left bare, one sleeve kept in place, a line deliberately stepping away from symmetry. Symmetry, on this particular day, was simply not invited.

The colour behaves accordingly. Brown slips into blue, blue into greenish yellow. As if summer had been assembled by instruction, then changed its mind and walked off barefoot.

Its lightness has character too. Cotton, bamboo, and acrylic let the air do its work. No heaviness, no performative femininity, no desire to sit still for the sake of beauty. One version in front, another at the back. Turn it back to front, wear it inside out, and the usual course of things loses one more argument.

Pair it with anything you like.

Unruly Drift. Polite violence does not suit you.
