Noon has poured a pale, almost green light over the city, making white walls look cool, shadows deep, and clocks seem purely decorative. This lightness suits you: beautiful, wilful, and entirely sincere. You know how to rest with the same talent you usually apply to putting everything else in order. Today you are in no hurry. A good day only becomes longer because of it.
On you, mint looks cooler, turquoise deeper, and vivid green unexpectedly elegant. A dark stripe on the shoulder catches the light in one brief glint; the other shades remain matte. Shine, like wit, works best when there is not too much of it.
In the heat, the light knit is barely noticeable. Air moves through the openwork, and it feels as though only colour and pattern remain on you. Passing a shop window, you slow down for a moment. Purely for the architecture, of course.
